Mouthful of Daisy Vancouver, British Columbia
Mouthful of Daisy was born in the spring of 2005 with the merging of four unique musical talents. While the band may seem like a standard four-piece group, MOD is anything but. The combination of catchy guitar riffs, smooth bass lines, driving drum beats, and powerful female vocals gives Mouthful of Daisy its distinctive, alt/indie sound.
In the winter of 2005, Mouthful of Daisy took that sound into the studio to record their first EP, Zero. Their next release was 2007’s self-produced LP, 1st Place Winner. After a brief hiatus, the band reformed and travelled to The Westfall Recording Company on Long Island, New York to record Twice Renewed. Released on March 2, 2012 with Anthony Santo as producer, Twice Renewed established Mouthful of Daisy as a band refreshingly unique in its musical approach.
Mouthful of Daisy feverishly followed up this album release with various shows in the Vancouver area. The positive reviews of Twice Renewed, paired with MOD’s captivating live performances, caught the attention of Tomas Costanza (Hollywood Undead, Blues Traveler, Clinton Sparks), producer and CEO of The Killingsworth Company in Los Angeles, California. After three weeks in the studio and time spent mixing and mastering, Nomads Nation was released on September 3, 2013. MOD supported this launch by partnering with director Paul Bourque and creating a visually stunning video to the single, “Statues”. With this momentum, Mouthful of Daisy began to receive radio airplay throughout Canada and parts of the United States – they were also selected as a Fox Seeds Final 15 participant in 2013 and 2014.
The group started 2015 by writing and releasing the single, “Horizons”. They supported that release with shows throughout the summer in Western Canada and the Midwestern United States. At the end of the summer, the group filmed another music video with Paul Bourque for the single “Horizons” which was released in the fall of 2015.
Veracity Marysville Michigan
Michigan based rockers Veracity first appeared in 2009, when Charlotte Donahue, Chuck Donahue, Aharon Bouy and Gary Suess started putting a praise & worship spin on a pop/hard rock sound similar to Evanescence, Skillet, or Paramore. After building a buzz around Michigan with numerous shows, a strong demo, and thriving trade of MP3s through its website, Veracity issued ‘Out Loud’, its official debut, in November 2013. The album is a mix of emotionally charged lyrics over hard hitting guitar breakdowns and driving percussion. Out Loud’s single “Open My Eyes” hit the FM and internet airwaves earning a #1 spot on Christian Rock radio here and in Australia which also gave them a nomination for song of the year at the IMEA awards in 2014. Veracity jumped to a much more modern pop/rock sound on March 2016’s ‘Beautiful Mess’ similar to Imagine Dragons and 30 Seconds to Mars, maintaining the edge they started with. They’d grown up considerably in the 3 years since ‘Out Loud’, and the new album hits hard lyrically straight from Lead vocalist Charlotte’s own battle with bipolar depression, and an attempted suicide. Her witness tells about finding peace through prayer and the Love of Christ.
The group has shared the stage with Capital Kings, Citizen Way, Matthew West, and Britt Nicole. Their energy and passion fuel the audience giving an unforgettable performance. You will find something in every song to relate to and are guaranteed to have a renewed sense of strength after listening or attending a Veracity show! The name Veracity means “absolute truth” and they bring the truth of God’s love, power and strength every time they take the stage.

The New Resistants New York City, New York
Music the only way we know how to play, fast and loud. We write our own songs.
Throw back punk, with an ear for melody and thoughtful lyrics. We got tired of hearing music that doesn’t demand a reaction, so we figured we’d start our own band. We do this to honor our heroes of yesteryear, The Rolling Stones, The Stooges, Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers, New York Dolls, Sex Pistols, The Clash, etc. etc. Out to have a good time and not interested in apologies.
